Jaggery Wallah was born from a simple belief: every family deserves access to pure, chemical-free sweeteners. What started as a small family operation in Kolhapur has grown into a mission to revive traditional jaggery-making methods.

In an age where commercial jaggery is loaded with sulphur and bleaching agents to achieve uniform colour, we partner directly with farmers who still use the old ways — slow-boiled in iron kadhai, cooled naturally, and processed without a single chemical touch.

Our Commitment
Our founder, having witnessed the industrialization of jaggery production and the increasing use of chemicals, decided to go back to basics. We partner directly with sugarcane farmers who use sustainable farming practices in the black soil regions of Madhya Pradesh.
