Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
For COD refunds, customers must provide valid bank account or UPI details.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
