Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging, in the same condition as received, along with proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images or videos for verification.
👉 In case of damaged or wrong items, free pickup will be arranged by us.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Items with broken or tampered seals
- Jaggery Powder & Jaggery Cubes once opened
- Sale items and gift cards
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you share the required details
